Eligibility Criteria for Master’s
Application Criteria: You need to visit each university website, and fill out application forms for the courses that offer LLM in Patent Law or in a related field.
Educational Requirements: Complete your LLB with at least 60% marks. If LLB is done in a field related to patent law, then it will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Requirements: Bring a letter of recommendation, signed, and authorised by your dean of the previous institute.
English Proficiency Requirements: English and Italian are the two mediums of instruction offered by Italian universities. If you are a non-native speaker of the English Language, you can either produce an MOI (medium of instruction) certificate or appear for the following tests:
IELTS: 6.5 and above
TOEFL: 70 and above
Duolingo: 100 and above
There are two months of application intake: September and February. As of now, the applications have already been released on respective university websites starting September 2024 and will remain until June 2025.
