Payment Terms

In the event of any suspension or termination of services due to non-compliance with these terms of use, any payment made to the company by the user will be forfeited with immediate effect. The user recognises and accepts that, at its professional judgment and without detriment to its other legal rights and remedies, Anigdha Overseas Consultant/Platform may use the extra amount paid by a subscriber/user to offset any payment(s) owing to the firm under any other agreement or commercial relationship for other products/services. The company makes no guarantees regarding server uptime or proper functioning of applications, and all services are provided on a best-effort basis. Liability is limited solely to a refund of the amount.

Termination/Suspension
